The Mt Nebo Goat Track vs Tourmalet

We don't really have mountains at home as the pictures below illustrate.  Here's the goat track at Mt Nebo _ I used to think that was hard ....

Here's the Tourmalet - with the same vertical scale for altitude note that the distances (horizontal axis) are not aligned.

Over here, they only count the last 17 km as a climb!!

Well done!!

Your heart rate shows that it is a more consistent climb.....with no dips to allow recovery.

What does the green trace record??

I'd guess that the left axis is:

% Max heartrate - RED line
Elevation - Brown shaded area

Right Axis:

Cadence (pedal speed) - Green
Bike Speed (KPH) - Blue.

Looks like you need a couple of bigger gears for the long climb :)
